David M. Scott LCSW-R

David M. Scott is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is registered in NYS and maintains full time employment as an administrative at Bronx Children's Psychiatric Center. His extensive background in working with children and adolescents makes him very adept at treating this population in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. After attending and graduating from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1996 he began his career in providing services for the chronically mentally ill. He has also experience with successfully treating adults, geriatrics, couples and families using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focus Treatment and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. David provides very flexible hours including Thursday evenings and Sundays.
